THE ART OF BEL CANTO
Join us on Thursday 30 August, at 7pm, for a free concert on the piazza at Il Centro. Built for the whole family, but best for those who enjoy the great repertoire and tradition of bel canto, we will explore Donizetti, Rossini, Bellini, and more. Join soprano Emma Parkinson, pianist Roger Parton, and host-narrator Alan Corbishley in a wonderful exploration.
This is the third of three public concerts that City Opera is giving with Il Centro: the Italian Cultural Centre this summer. Free, of course.
